We recently started using tinypulse.com internally to get a sense of how our team feels about themselves and various aspects of working with us.
Once per week, the service sends out a very brief survey questionnaire to all staff. Each survey consists of about 2-3 questions such as “how happy are you about working here?” All the responses are anonymous, but it gives us a chance to see general attitudes and address issues openly at our team meetings which has the net effect of solving our problems much faster than we would have otherwise.
Great service. If you want to find out what your sales reps think and build a better happier sales team (which means happier customers, which means more sales), then we recommend you give it a try.
